ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALISTS WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE


Your main responsibilities will be:

- Actively monitor and collect outstanding balances based on aging reports by contacting each account by telephone/ letter
- Action accounts receivable requests
- Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances
- Report on a weekly base to senior staff
- Responsibility for own portfolio of buyers in a specific country and business segment
- Liaise with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care and Technical Support) and external customers


Requirements for the position:

- Very good verbal and writing skills in ITALIAN language
- Good command of English language
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Good computer skills – MS Office (Excel)
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- Preferable working knowledge of financial systems
- Collection Experience is an advantage
